SU Tong＇s teenage boys in the novel are energetic lives in the falling southern world. They are fascinated with three targets in their short life： violence,girls and objects such as goldfish and horses. In this paper,psychological theories are used to reveal what is behind the three targets,namely personality,desire,and their drive for survival and revolt.
