摘要
通过2段长度均为5.8m的足尺模型,研究了皮带机输送与泵送输送工艺对混凝土坍落度与坍落扩展度、凝结时间与重塑时间、温度、硬化混凝土外观等施工性能的影响。结合工艺、场地、施工控制、后续施工影响等方面对比,确定港珠澳大桥沉管预制施工,将采用搅拌运输车结合地泵输送混凝土进行沉管混凝土全断面浇筑施工。
Influence of transporting process belt conveyor and pump on concrete slump and slump flow, the setting time and the remodeling time, temperature, hardening concrete appearance construction performance had been studied using two sections full-scale model in a vertical length of 5.8m. Combined with the process, construction site, construction control, the following construction, concrete would be carried by mixing carrier vehicle and pump for construction of immersed tube precast Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge.
