摘要
东丽体育中心体育馆钢桁架屋盖设计新颖、造型独特、跨度长达136.322m,施工难度较大。结合工程实际概况,介绍钢桁架的拼装、焊接、卸载控制及变形监测等主要施工方法。结果表明:该施工技术切实可行,保证了施工质量和结构安全,同时取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The gymnasium of Dongli Sports Center has the characteristic of new style,special structure and has a large span of 136. 322m,so the construction is very difficult. Combining with actual conditions of this project,the main construction method including the truss assembly,welding,unloading control and deformation monitoring are introduced. The result shows that the construction technology is reliable, the construction quality and structures safety is guaranteed,meanwhile the good economic benefit and social benefit is obtained finally.
