摘要
针对300 MW级亚临界热电机组锅炉风烟系统阻力大的问题,以A电厂2×330 MW热电联产机组2号锅炉为研究对象,通过对锅炉选择性催化还原脱硝反应区、回转式空气预热器、电袋除尘器、引风机出口渐扩段至拐弯后烟道及烟气脱硫系统各段阻力进行全面测试诊断分析,得出锅炉烟风系统阻力偏大的主要原因,并据此提出了一些降低锅炉烟风系统阻力的措施与建议。
Aiming at problem of heavy resistance of boiler air and flue gas system of 300 MW subcritical cogeneration unit,an overall testing and diagnosis analysis was conducted on selective catalytic reduction denitration reaction zone,rotary air pre-heater,electric bag filter,resistance of flue from induced draft fan exit divergent section to its turning and resistance of each section of the flue gas denitration system on the basis of taking No.2 boiler of 2×330 MW cogeneration unit in A power plant as a research object. From this,main reasons for heavy resistance of the boiler air and flue gas system were obtained. Meanwhile,measures and suggestions to reduce resistance of the system were proposed.
