摘要 针对某大型汽轮发电机运行中定子振动偏高的问题,介绍了定子绕组端部振动在线监测系统及气隙探测线圈的工作原理,以某百万机组2号发电机端部振动为例,从定子绕组端部振动和转子绕组匝间短路监测的角度,通过监测图像和数据计算分析得出机组振动的电气原因,并从实践角度解析发电机定子绕组端部振动在线监测系统在百万机组上的应用。 Aiming at problem of high stator vibration of some large-scale steam turbine generator in running,this paper intro-duces working principles of stator winding end vibration online monitoring system and air gap search coil. Taking end vibra-tion of No.2 generator of some MW unit as an example and in aspects of monitoring stator winding end vibration and rotor winding interturn short-circuit,electric reasons for unit vibration was analyzed by means of monitoring images and data cal-culation. From angle of practice,application of stator winding end vibration online monitoring system in MW unit was ana-lyzed.
