全自动乳腺容积成像技术评估乳腺病变观察者间的一致性 被引量:2

摘要 目的回顾性评估不同观察者使用超声乳腺影像报告和数据系统(BI-RADS)术语以及三维乳腺超声特有的术语在描述和诊断全自动乳腺容积成像技术(ABVS)超声图像的一致性。方法采用ABVS对91例怀疑乳腺病变患者进行超声检查,所得图像数据自动存入ABVS工作站。两位超声医生在不知道钼靶图像、病史和病理结果情况下通过ABVS工作站回顾性独立评估所有病例图像,记录结果并通过统计学方法评估观察者间的一致性。结果观察者间一致性评估情况为:"病变形态"=0.636,"纵横比"=0.825,"病变回声"=0.700,"后方回声"=0.832,"边界"=0.733,"钙化"=0.768,"纠集征"=0.639,最终评估=0.755,所有观察指标具有良好的一致性(<0.05)。结论不同观察者利用ABVS对乳腺病变超声图像评估具有良好的一致性,可重复性强。
