浙江省高中体育教师职后教育现状的调查研究

Investigation on In-service Education Condition of Higher Vocational Sports Teachers in Zhejiang Province

本文通过对浙江省高中体育教师进行有关职后教育现状的问卷调查,并对培训的专家进行访谈,调查结果显示职后教育的帮助很大,但是有部分教师对职后教育的认识不够,参与动机较为一般,另外在课程设置、授课方法等方面与教师的实际教学需要存在一定差距。

Through the questionnaire survey on in-service education of vocational high school physical education teachers in Zhejiang province,and expert interview,the result shows that the in-service education helps a lot, but some teachers＆#39;understanding of vocational education is not enough,the participation motivation of more general,in addition to the curriculum,teaching methods need practical teaching and the teachers have a certain gap.
