长沙高校体育场馆“公益性”社会化服务现状调查研究

Investigation and Study on Changsha University Stadium "Public Welfare" Social Service Condition

本文通过采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等对长沙市13所高校体育场馆设施与器材配备情况进行调查与分析。结果表明:长沙市高校各类体育场馆的平均配备率不平衡,部分室内场地严重短缺,室内场地总体配备率不够。高校体育场馆承担着高校教学和体育训练及社会公益服务等诸多任务。高校体育场馆多功能的发展也受到全社会的高度重视,如何实现高校体育场馆的可持续发展,研究高校体育场馆的运营及管理机制;探索高校体育资源的社会化、公益性模式迫在眉睫。

In this paper,by using the method of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics,investigation and Analysis on 13 universities sports facilities in Changsha city.The results show that：the average equipped with university of stadiums ratio imbalance in Changsha,serious shortage of part of the indoor space,indoor space with not enough overall rate.University Stadium undertakes teaching and sports training and social welfare services and many other tasks.How to realize the sustainable development of university sports stadium,operation and management mechanism of University stadium and gymnasium;imminent social, public welfare mode of university sports resources.
