基于善治理念的社区管理创新研究——以徐州为例

Innovative Research on Community Management Based on the Concept of Kindness——Taking Xuzhou for example

社区自治组织是全球善治理念的具体应用,是我国社区管理的必由之路。通过对我国传统社区管理模式的研究,分析了存在的弊端,探讨了徐州社区管理自发创新实践中的善治因素。基于此,提出在社区管理中引入善治理念,强化对社区内部组织的职能履行和承担任务的建设和管理,实现社区管理策略和指导政策的优化,形成社区管理的创新模式,以期在实践工作中进一步推广,为全市乃至全国的社区管理提供借鉴。

Community self-government is the concrete application and development of the concept of global kindness. And it is necessary path for Chinese community management. This paper discusses the management system of and the innovative practice of operation mechanism of Xuzhou community management through the study of current community mode and its drawbacks. Based on this, the author puts forward the idea that kindness concept should be introduced into community management to strengthen the implementation of function of internal; organization and undertake the construction work and management in order to optimize the management strategy and guidance policy and form a new mode in community management, which can be further duplicated in practical work and can provide experience for the whole city even the whole country.
