论高校图书馆馆藏建设现状和可持续发展策略

On the Status of University Library Collection-building and Sustainable Development Strategy

馆藏建设是图书馆的一项核心工作。目前我国高校图书馆在馆藏建设方面仍存在着一些问题,如资金浪费、馆藏文献利用率偏低、馆藏维护意识僵化等。应当从建立保障制度、兼顾教学与科研需求以及关注重点学科建设与发展等几方面入手,解决现存问题,以确保馆藏建设的可持续性发展。

University Library collection building is an important work. At present, there are so many problems existing in Chinese University Library, the first one is construction waste, the second one is the low utilization rate about collecting, the third one is the rigid sense on collection maintenance. There are four strategy s to resolve the above drawbacks： the first, to improve link and system enhancing collection efficiency of resource using; the second, to build a complex multiple university libraries; the third, to build up service awareness facing teachers, students and discipline construction.
