摘要
高职生源的多元化导致了他们入学后发展的不均衡,虽然分层分类教学能对此有所改善,但也会对学生产生一些不利的影响。基于此,提出了高职专业课程教学隐性分类培养的构想,并对其实施步骤、方法要点、师资要求进行了较为详尽的阐述。隐性分类培养有助于全体高职学生的共同提高,同时,也能让他们的心理免受冲击。
The diversity of vocational freshmen results in the disequilibrium of their development after enrollment. Although the lamination teaching helps improve the situation, it more or less militates against the students. Based on this, the article proposes the idea of invisible classified training in vocational teaching with detailed elaborations on the implementation steps, methods and requirements of teachers. The invisible classified training contributes to the common development of all the students in vocational college and shelters their mentality from impact.
