摘要 借助于ABAQUS软件建立某农用车前桥不等臂钢板弹簧有限元模型并对其进行瞬时显式动力分析,考察弹簧的最大变形位移及应力特性。分析结果表明,钢板弹簧最大位移变形量小于板簧与转向横拉杆之间的距离,板簧的最大应力大于其许用应力,有发生簧片断裂的危险,断裂处位于主簧第四片板簧螺栓孔中心。 The finite element model of the unequal arm spring of agricultural vehicle front bridge is established by means of ABAQUS software, and the transient explicit dynamic analysis is made to study the maximum deformation of the spring and stress characteristics. The results show that the maximum deformation of leaf spring is less than the displacement between the steering tie rod to leaf spring, and that there is the risk of leaf spring break when the stress of the leaf spring is greater than the maximum allowable stress, and breaks may happen in the bolt hole center of the fourth piece.
