S100B蛋白与急性缺血性脑卒中相关性研究被引量：8

摘要目的探讨急性缺血性脑卒中(ACI)患者治疗前后血清S100B蛋白的变化及临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫分析法检测36例急性缺血性脑卒中患者发病24 h、治疗7 d及30例健康体检者(对照组)空腹血清S100B蛋白水平。结果发病24 h的急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清S100B蛋白的水平较正常对照组明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),且S100B蛋白水平与脑卒中评分(NIHSS)呈正相关(r=0.673,P<0.001);急性缺血性脑卒中患者治疗7 d后S100B蛋白水平较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清S100B蛋白在急性缺血性脑卒中发生时增高,且神经功能缺失越重,S100B蛋白水平越高;经治疗、神经功能恢复后S100B蛋白水平降低。S100B蛋白浓度的高低为急性缺血性脑卒中的早期诊断、脑组织的损伤程度提供定量信息。
