铝碳酸镁片联合熊去氧胆酸治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效

Aluminum magnesium carbonate with bear bile acid to oxygen therapy the clinical curative effect of bile reflux gastritis

目的探讨铝碳酸镁片联合熊去氧胆酸治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床效果。方法将64例胆汁反流性胃炎患者分为两组,每组32例。对照组患者给予熊去氧胆酸治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础给予铝碳酸镁片治疗。观察和比较所有患者治疗前后临床症状出现率以及临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前的上腹部灼痛、胀痛、食欲不振、恶心、消瘦等症状的出现率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过治疗,观察组患者的症状出现率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗的总有效率为96.87%,明显高于对照组的78.12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论铝碳酸镁片联合熊去氧胆酸治疗胆汁反流性胃炎,症状缓解率高,疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To study the application in the bile reflux gastritis,aluminum magnesium carbonate with bear bile acid to oxygen therapy of clinical effect. Methods 64 cases of bile reflux gastritis patients were treated. All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,32 cases in each group. The patients of control group were given bear bile acid to oxygen therapy. The patients of obser-vation group were given on the basis of hydrotalcite treatment. The treatment effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results The epigas-tric burning pain,pain,loss of appetite,the occurrence of symptoms such as nausea,angular rate difference Two groups of patients before treat-ment of is not obvious,there is no statistical significance（ P 〉0. 05）. After treatment,the adverse symptoms rate in observation group of patients is significantly less than that of the control group,there is statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）. The total treatment effective rate in observation group was 96. 87%,which was significantly higher than the control group 78. 12%,there was statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion In bile reflux gastritis in aluminum magnesium carbonate with bear bile acid to oxygen therapy,adverse symptoms remission rate is high,the cura-tive effect is distinct,worthy of promotion.
