摘要
通过津秦客专和京津城际延伸线工程,在复杂环境下对软土地基采用PHC管桩加固的实践,总结了锤击沉桩和静力沉桩的施工工艺,依据高速铁路路基工程沉降量的严格要求,对加固效果进行分析。论述了沉桩过程中产生的振动、噪声和挤土机理对环境的影响,并提出了解决措施。结合邻近既有津山铁路的具体情况,总结了邻近营业线施工减少土体水平位移所采取的综合性减弱挤土效应的措施。其结果是,既减少对周边环境的影响,又保证了相邻的津山铁路的安全运营,工后沉降满足高铁要求。
Depending on the practice in the reinforcement of soft soil foundation by PHC pipe piles under complex environment for Tianjin-Qinhuangdao PDL and the extended line of Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway,wherein the piles are driven by hammer and static pressure,this paper analyzed the reinforcement result according to the strict requirement of settlement in subgrade engineering for high-speed railways,and then discussed the effects of vibration and noise during pile driving and the soil compaction mechanism on the environment with the countermeasures suggested.Combining with the specific conditions of the existing Tianjin-Shanhaiguan Railway nearby,the comprehensive measures reducing compaction effect taken in the construction of near operating line for the purpose of reducing horizontal soil mass displacement was summarized.The result shows that the technology reduces the effect on the surrounding environment and ensures the safe operation of the near Tianjin-Shanhaiguan Railway,and the pest-construction settlement meets the requirement of high-speed railway.
