摘要
近年来,上海市大力推进中职校内涵建设,在专业评估方面形成了较为完备的体系,即通过新专业设置可行性论证评估、新设专业教学质量中期检查评估、专业建设和发展过程中的综合评估和市级精品特色专业认定评估保障了专业的建设质量。从这四个评估项目的指标体系的实证分析中发现:中职专业评估指标有其共同要素,针对不同专业建设阶段的评估指标体系的具体内容、侧重点、权重、评估方式等各有不同,在制订过程中需在正确的研制目标指导下,遵循一定的原则,以确保指标体系能有效保障中职专业质量。
In recent years, Shanghai promoted the connotation construction of vocational schools and has formed a relatively complete system in specialty evaluation to ensure its quality, which includes feasibility evaluation and interim teaching quality evaluation for new specialties, integrated evaluation for specialty construction and development, and confirmation evaluation for city -level excellent specialties with characteristics. Findings from the empirical analysis of the four evaluation index systems show that there is some common ground for secondary vocational specialty evaluation index, yet the contents, emphasis and evaluation methods should be different in the different specialty construction stages. Correct guidance is needed and certain principles should be followed during its formulation process to ensure that the index system can effectively guarantee the quality of secondary vocational education.
