加强作风建设不仅是办公室充分发挥自身管理职能的内在要求,也是全力提升办公室执行力的有效路径。针对作风建设存在的问题,高校办公室只有全面贯彻落实党中央的八项规定,狠抓学风、文风、会风和事风,切实找准改进作风的"着力点",才能全面提升办公室的执行力。

Strengthening the construction of work style is not only the internal demands for the office to give fully play to self-administration, but also the approach to improving the office’ s execution ability. In allusion to the problems occurred during the construction of work style, offices of university should fully implement the “Eight Regulations” issued by the Party Central Committee, strengthen style of study, style of writing, style of conference and style of action. The execution ability of the office will be greatly improved when we focus on the innovation of the style of work.
