摘要
针对高校后勤管理普遍存在服务需求的多样性与资源有限性的矛盾、服务内容的专业性与管理服务队伍专业化水平不高的矛盾,以福建教育学院为例,从改革管理体制、完善运行机制、落实规范管理、加强队伍建设等四个方面探讨加强高校后勤管理顶层设计的思路对策,以有效配置资源,实现后勤服务保障安全、平稳、节约、高效。
This paper offers a close look at the logistics management of universities, with respect to the conflicts between various service demands and limited resources and the required level of service proficiency and the actual professional service level of the service providers, and thereby recommends a strategy to improve the top-level design of university logistics management from the perspective of the reform of managerial scheme, the readjustment on functional mechanism, the implementation of administrative regulation and the building-up of service forces, with a view to sufficiently relocating the resources and rendering a secure, stable, effective and efficient logistics service.
