Date Index System of Large Construction Enterprise under Matrix Organization Structure

为了实现大型建筑施工企业生产经营数据“统一采集、一次填报、一数一源、一源多用”的目标，本文在分析矩阵式组织架构下生产经营数据管理难点的基础上，提出大型建筑施工企业生产经营数据指标体系建设思路和具体实施方法，并通过相关信息系统的建设和应用，实现生产经营数据的有效采集和利用，辅助领导科学决策。

To achieve the object of“unified collection, once filling, one data source, multi-application”, based on the analysis of the management difficulties of operation data under matrix organization structure, this article put forward a construction mentality and concrete implementation method for operation data index system of large construction enterprise, and through the application of the related information system, to realize the effective collection and utilization of the operation data, thus helping enterprise decision makers to make scientific decisions
