略论“责任——社会人格”的建构

On Responsibility——Social Personality Construction

责任意识由社会人格发展而来,是在社会人格基础上的一种提升与升华,体现出社会人格的主动性、道德性和担当性。如何在社会人格基础上实现责任意识的提升,如何建构以责任为基础的"责任——社会人格"是当今社会不可忽视的、需要重新审视的一个课题。要建构"责任——社会人格",首先,应回归责任主体的主体性价值,对公民进行责任主体意识教育;其次,应树立整体思维,促成社会协同效应,在群体互动中形成公民的整体认同感;第三,应树立公民角色意识,提升实践活动,建立积极的行为参照体系。

The consciousness of responsibility develops from social personality and a kind of promo-tion based on social personality ,w hich presents the initiative ,morality and responsibility of social per-sonality .How to realize the promotion of responsibility based on social personality and how to construct responsibility---social personality based on responsibility is a topic which can’t be ignored and should be rethought of .To construct responsibility---social personality ,first of all ,give the main body its re-al value and educate citizens to ow n the consciousness of main body .Second ,build the thinking of a whole to promote social cooperation and form a common sense in group interaction .Third ,build the role consciousness of a citizen ,promote practice activities and set up a reference system of active behaviors .
