协同学视角下的高职教育人才培养机制创新 被引量:3

摘要 在自然界和人类社会中,关于事物是如何实现协同运转的问题,国内外专家早已做了充分的阐述。在高职教育人才培养的机制创新方面,协同学视角就是一个非常好的启发。借助于协同学的观察视角,我们发现,高职教育人才培养必须走协同创新之路,即政府、高职院校、行业协会以及企业都应该成为高职教育人才培养系统中的不可或缺的主体。只有创新机制,让这四方主体协同发挥各自的功能和作用,高职教育才能真正地成为与普通高等教育并驾齐驱的高等教育发展中的一个独立的类型。在机制创新方面,需要在建立和优化高职院校校内协同管理机制、建立和优化政府、学校与行业、企业之间的协同机制、高职教育人才协同培养的组织保障等方面进行努力。 In the natural world and human society, experts from home and abroad have already fully explained the issues of collaborative operation. In the mechanism of talents training of higher vocational education innovation, synergetics angle is a good inspiration. With the help of the observation angle of view of synergetics, We find that higher vocational education must take the road of collaborative innovation, namely government, higher vocational colleges,industry associations and enterprises should become the main body of the indispensable in the system of talents cultivation in higher Vocational Education. It is only the innovation mechanism that can let the four parties cooperatively play different functions and actions. Higher vocational education can really become an independent type of development of higher education that is racing together bridle to bridle with general higher education. In the mechanism innovation, we need to establish and optimize collaborative management mechanism in Higher Vocational Colleges and have a collaborative mechanism among government,higher vocational colleges, industry associations and enterprises and cooperative organization guarantee, and so on.
