摘要
通过对离网型光伏逆变器电路的拓扑结构进行分析和思考,提出设计便携式、高效简单的离网型光伏逆变器的设计思路,并以此思路设计了基于STC单片机控制的离网型光伏逆变器,该逆变器可在单片机控制器的控制之下,进行DC/DC升压整流、滤波成320V的直流电压,并送到后级逆变电路进行DC/AC逆变,产生220V/50Hz的准正弦波交流电供给负载,该电路可作为设计离网型中小功率光伏逆变器的参考电路。
Based on the off-grid photovoltaic inverter circuit topology analysis, this paper proposed an efficient off-grid photovoltaic inverter design train of thought. It was designed based on STC microcontroller control type off-grid photovoltaic inverter. The inverter can be under the control of the MCU controller, DC/DC boost rectifier, filter into the DC voltage 320 V, and sent to after level inverter circuit for DC/AC inverter, produce sine wave of 220 v / 50 hz alternating current supply load. The circuit can be used as design off-grid photovoltaic inverter type of small and medium-sized power reference circuit.
