摘要
以4种含钙化合物CaCO3、CaO、Ca(OH)2及CaAl2O4为Ca源,Al2(SO4)3·7H2O为辅助剂,研究了CaF2沉淀法从高氟氧化锌浸出液中脱除氟,对比了4种含钙化合物的除氟效果,以及辅助剂的加入对除氟的影响,考察了以CaAl2 O4为Ca源配加少量硫酸铝时,温度、时间、酸度、用量对除氟效果的影响。结果表明:每L浸出液中添加5 g/L辅助剂及10 g/L CaAl2 O4,在反应温度为50~55℃、反应时间为2 h以上、pH=5.4条件下,氧化锌浸出液中的氟质量浓度从0.736 g/L降至0.351 g/L。
The removal of fluorine from leaching solution of zinc oxide dust using CaCO3 ,CaO , Ca(OH)2 and CaAl2 O4 respectively as Ca source and Al2 (SO4 )3 · 7H2 O as assistant was investigated . The effects of temperature ,time ,concentration of sulfuric acid ,dosage of assistant on defluorination were examined .The experimental results show that the content of fluorine can be reduced from 0 .736 g/L to 0 .351 g/L under the optimum conditions of assistant dosage of 5 g/L ,CaAl2 O4 dosage of 10 g/L ,reaction temperature of 50-55℃ ,reaction time of 2 h ,the solution pH of 5 .4 .
