粘钢板加固高温受损钢筋混凝土梁承载力计算 被引量:3

摘要 粘贴钢板加固法是混凝土结构常用的加固方法之一,本文以构件经过高温后材料性能退化规律和ANSYS有限元模拟的构件截面温度场为基础,结合界面粘结剪切性能退化规律,根据粘钢板加固常温下钢筋混凝土梁的承载力分析方法,提出了粘钢板加固高温损伤后钢筋混凝土梁承载力的计算方法,并通过试验验证了该计算方法的正确性。结果表明:采用必要的锚固措施后,粘贴钢板加固法对于450℃以下的高温梁的加固具有良好的适用性和可靠性,当温度达到550℃时,粘钢板法仍具有一定的适用性。 Bonding steel plate reinforced concrete structure is one of the commonly strengthening methods. Based on the analysis method of bearing capacity of RC beam at room temperature strengthened by bonding steel plate,the calculation method of bearing capacity of RC beam after high temperature strengthened by bonding steel plate is put forwarded in this paper. The degradation law of the material property,the ANSYS numerical analysis results of section temperature field,and the degradation law of the adhesive shear strength between concrete and conglutinated steel strip are taken into account in the deduction of the formula. The correctness of the calculation method is verified through the test. The results show that: when using necessary anchorage measures,the application of bonding steel plates in reinforcement of RC beam after high temperature below 450℃ possesses excellent applicability and reliability,when the temperature researched 550℃,the bonding steel plate method also possess certain applicability.
