摘要
探讨了德行领导对下属工作投入的影响以及对领导信任的中介作用.采用德行领导问卷、工作投入问卷和对领导信任问卷对569名中小学教师进行测查,结果表明:1德行领导与下属的工作投入显著相关;2德行领导与下属对领导信任显著相关;3德行领导和对领导信任能显著预测工作投入;4对领导信任在德行领导与工作投入之间起完全中介作用.
The purpose of this study is to explore the ethical leadership effect of subordinates'working engagement and the intermediary role of trust in the leader .By using questionnaire survey method , 569 teachers of primary and middle schools were investigated .The results indicate that:①ethical leadership significantly correlated to working engagement;②ethical leadership significantly correlated to trust in leader;③ethical leadership and trust in leader can significantly predict teachers'working engagement;④trust in leader serves as mediating variable between ethical leadership and working engagement .
