摘要
针对直升机复合材料桨叶接头填块几何建模过程中存在的效率低、工作繁琐重复等问题,提出了一种桨叶接头填块三维几何建模方法。首先系统归纳了桨叶接头填块中剖面表达的3种类型,提出了一种面向复合材料桨叶接头填块几何建模的参数化表达方案,并利用一个智能向导引导设计人员对桨叶接头填块进行定义和描述,在此基础上由软件算法自动生成桨叶接头填块设计表;根据桨叶理论外形和桨叶接头填块设计表,利用剖面线偏置、混合约束统一和各剖面相对应节点创建样条曲线的方法,实现桨叶接头填块几何模型的自动生成。通过实例验证表明,该方法能够快速、高效地实现复合材料桨叶接头填块的三维几何建模。
In view of problems such as low efficiency and high complexity in the geometric modeling of composite helicopter rotor blade attachment filling,it puts forward an automatic 3D geometric modeling method. First,it summarizes systematically three representative types of the attachment filling section profile,proposes a parametric composite attachment filling representation scheme. Designers can specify the attachment filling by an intelligent wizard which contains a program for converting the user- specified parameters of attachment filling into a table. Then,according to the theoretical blade shape and the attachment filling design table,it offsets the section lines,changes the mixed constraints and creates B- spline curves,realizes the automatic geometric modeling of the attachment filling. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can complete the geometric modeling of composite attachment filling.
