摘要
本文根据神经科护士工作内容的特点,提出将护理队伍分为日常护理小组、临床康复护理小组和器械训练护理小组3部分,以此简化护士的岗位职责和突出各个小组的工作重点,提高神经科护士的护理效率和质量。
This paper according to the characteristics of job content neurologicalnursing staff, the nursing staffis divided into routine nursing group, clinicalrehabilitation nursing group and instrument training of nursing team, to simplify thenurse job responsibilities and outstanding teams focus, improve nursing efficiency and quality of nurses in Department of Neurology.
