丙烯酸酯树脂/氮丙啶双组分水性涂料固化涂膜的结构与性能 被引量:6

摘要 在甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)混合单体中分别加入功能单体甲基丙烯酸(MAA)和甲基丙烯酸乙酰乙酰氧基乙酯(AAEM),合成了丙烯酸酯树脂(WA).用氮丙啶作固化剂制备了WA/氮丙啶双组分水性涂料.研究了氮丙啶的用量、功能单体的用量和固化温度对WA/氮丙啶水性涂料固化涂膜的物理机械性能及耐水性的影响,并与WA/氨基树脂水性涂料固化涂膜的性能作了对比.结果表明:随着氮丙啶和功能单体用量的增加,WA/氮丙啶固化涂膜的耐水性先提高后下降,其他性能变化不大,当功能单体用量在9%~ 11%,氮丙啶用量在20% ~ 30%,在130℃固化30min时,WA/氮丙啶固化涂膜便具有优良的物理机械性能和耐水性能,而WA/氨基树脂涂层需在氨基树脂用量为40%、固化温度为160℃(30 min)时,其固化涂膜的物理机械性能和耐水性能才能达到相同的水平. Functional monomers including methylacrylic acid (MAA) and acetyl acetoxyethyl methacrylate (AAEM) are blended with mixture of methyl methacrylate (MMA) and butyl acrylate (BA) to synthesize acrylate resin (WA). Aziridine as curing agent is used to prepare WA/aziridine 2K waterborne coatings. The influence of aziridine and functional monomers dosage as well as curing temperature on the physical and mechanical properties and the water resistance of the cured film thereof has been investigated, meanwhile, its properties has been compared with that of WA/amino resin waterborne coatings. The result shows that with the increase of dosage of aziridine and functional monomers, the water resistance of WA/aziridine cured film increases initially and then decreases, while other properties show slight change. When the dosage of functional monomers is 9% to 11%, the dosage of aziridine is 20% to 30%, and the curing condition is 130 ℃×30 min, the physical and mechanical properties, especially the water resistance of the WA/aziridine cured film are good. When the dosage of amino resin is 40% and the curing condition is 160 ℃ ×30 min, the physical and mechanical properties andwater resistance of the WA/amino resin cured film can reach the same level.
