纳米二氧化钛光催化涂料的制备及其甲醛降解效果研究 被引量:14

摘要 采用低温水解法制备纳米二氧化钛,运用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)对纳米二氧化钛进行表征。将所制纳米二氧化钛制备成光催化涂料并对其降解甲醛的行为进行研究,以容器内甲醛的降解率为评价指标,考察了不同负载量、不同温度、不同湿度条件下光催化涂料对甲醛降解率的影响。结果表明:在室温25℃左右,湿度50%,紫外灯照射120 min的条件下,5 g纳米二氧化钛负载到200 g乳液体系中制成的光催化涂料的甲醛降解率达到93%,明显优于市售P25纳米二氧化钛对甲醛的降解效果。 A nano-TiO2 was prepared by hydrolysis at low temperature and characterized by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). A photocatalytic coatings composition based on the nano-TiO2 was prepared and its function of formaldehyde degradation was investigated. Taking the degradation rate of formaldehyde in the container as an index, the influence of different TiO2 dosage, environment temperature and humidity on degradation rate of formaldehyde was analyzed. The results showed that a photocatalytic coatings composition comprising titanium dioxide 5 g in emulsion 200 g at room temperature about 25 ℃ and humidity 50% could show its formaldehyde degradation rate 93% after 120 min under UV light irradiation conditions, which was significantly better than that of coatings based on commercially available P25 nano-TiO2.
