摘要 为研究钢-混凝土结合段部位PBL剪力键结构的极限抗剪承载力与疲劳性能,依据某大桥钢-混凝土结合段剪力键实际结构,设计并制作了14个PBL剪力键结构推出试件进行静载与疲劳推出试验,分析了其荷载~滑移曲线、疲劳性能及疲劳破坏方式,并拟合得到荷载~滑移曲线计算公式及失效概率为50%与2.3%时的荷载与寿命曲线方程。结果表明:在静载推出试验中,PBL剪力键结构试件混凝土纵向劈裂破坏,其极限承载力均值为198.11kN;在疲劳试验中,试件混凝土榫破碎,同时贯通钢筋被剪断。 To study the ultimate shear capacity and fatigue performance of the Pt3L shear connector structure used in the part of the steel and concrete joint section, 14 PBL shear connector structure specimens were designed and prepared according to the actual connector structure of the steel and concrete joint section of a bridge and the static 10ad and fatigue push-out tests for the specimens were carried out. The loadslip curves, the fatigue performance and fatigue failure ways of the specimens were analyzed. The load~slip curve formula and the load and life curve e- quation with the failure probability respectively being 50% and 2.3% were fitted and obtained. The results of the study demonstrate that in the static load push-out test, the concrete of the PBL shear connector structure specimens splits in the longitudinal direction and fails and the average value of the ultimate shear capacity of the specimens is 198.11 kN while in the fatigue test, the concrete dowels of the specimens crush and the reinforcement is broken by shear.
