Zero-P颈椎前路椎间融合固定治疗颈椎病的早期疗效观察

Preliminary clinical efficacy of ZERO-P Anterior cervical discectomy interbody fusion in the treatment of cervical vertebral disorders

目的总结Zero-P颈椎前路椎间融合固定治疗的早期效果。方法对23例患者行Zero-P椎前路椎间融合固定术，男8例，女15例；年龄37～62岁，平均42.5岁。病程1～11个月，平均5个月。本组23例患者均为单节段发病观察患者术后随访时神经功能恢复情况。结果患者术中、术后均无严重发症发生。术后JOA评分由9.7～10.1分升至15.9～16.2分。23例患者均获随访，随访6～28个月，平均19个月，其症状均改善。结论 Zero-P颈椎前路椎间融合固定术治疗手术操作简单，在减压的同时可重建椎间隙高度减少术后骨赘形成从而防止吞咽症状的发生，早期临床疗效良好。

Objective To evaluate the preliminary clinical efficacy of anterior cervical discectomy interbody fusion （ACDIF）. Methods Since January 2010,anterior cervical discectomy Interbody fusion （ACDIF） were preformed in 23 pa-tients, in whom 8 were male and 18 were female, and their age ranged from 37 to 62 years old （42.5 on average）. The neurologic recovery rate were recorded in all cases. Results There was no severe complication occurred during and after the operation in all patients. All cases were followed- up. Patients with ACDIF were followed- up for 6 months to 28months （19 months on average）. All patients′; postoperative clinical symptoms were improved and their neurological functional outcomes were assessed using the JOA scale. Conclusion ACDIF is easy to apply in clinical practice. Besides decompression, cervical curve is recovered and the normal intervertebral height is restored. The present study suggests that this approach achieves good clinical outcome.
