巴美肉羊肌球蛋白重链基因表达规律的研究 被引量:4

摘要 试验采用实时定量PCR技术测定了不同体重巴美肉羊背最长肌、股二头肌和臂三头肌中4种肌球蛋白重链(MyHC)基因的表达规律。结果表明:在背最长肌中,50-60 kg羊的MyHCI和MyHCIIa基因的表达量显著高于其他2个体重(P〈0.05);30~40 kg羊的MyHCIIb和MyHCIIx基因的表达量也显著高于其他2个体重(P〈0.05)。随着体重的增加,股二头肌中4种肌球蛋白重链基因的表达量均呈现先下降后增加的趋势。在臂三头肌中,30~40 kg羊的MyHCI和MyHCIIb基因的表达量显著高于其他2个体重(P〈0.05),而MyHCIIa基因的表达量显著低于其他2个体重(P〈0.05);50~60kg羊的MyHCIIx基因的表达量显著低于其他2个体重(P〈0.05)。 This study aimed to evaluate four Iongissimus dorsi, biceps femoris and triceps myosin heavy chain (MyHC) isoforms expression from brachii in different weights of Bamei sheep by Real-time PCR technology. The results showed that the expression of MyHCI and MyHCIla gene from Iongissimus dorsi of 50-60 kg sheep were significantly higher than other weights (P〈0.05), and for the expression of MyHCIIb and MyHCIIx gene from Iongissimus dorsi of 30-40 kg sheep, the same result was got (P〈0.05). With the increase of weight, four MyHC isoforms expression from biceps femoris increased first, decreased after. The expression of MyHCI and MyHCIIb gene from triceps brachii of 30-40 kg sheep were significantly higher than other weights (P〈0.05), while for the expression of MyHCIla gene of 30-40 kg and MyHCIIx gene of 50-60 kg, the opposite result was observed (P〈0.05).
