摘要
为了优化酶法提取银杏叶总黄酮的工艺条件,在单因素试验的基础上,采用L9(34)正交设计,以银杏叶总黄酮提取率为考察指标,研究了浸提液pH、料液比、酶解温度和酶解次数等因素对银杏叶总黄酮提取率的影响。结果表明:纤维素酶提取银杏叶总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为料液比1:20、酶解温度80℃、浸提液pH5.2、酶解4次、纤维素酶质量浓度0.9%、酶解时间60min,在此条件下,银杏叶总黄酮的提取率高达3.452%。
To optimize the extraction technology of flavonoids from Ginkgo biloba leaves by enzymic treament, the L^(34) orthogonal design was used to study the effects of extraction pH value, liquid- solid ratio, enzymatic hydrolysis temperature and enzymatic hydrolysis number on the extraction rate of flavonoids. Results showed that the optimal extraction condition was as follows: liquid-solid ratio was 1:20, enzymatic hydrolysis temperature was 80 ℃, extraction pH value was 5.2, enzymatic hydrolysis number was 4, concentration of cellulose was 0.9%, enzymatic hydrolysis time was 60 min. The extraction rate of flavonoids was up to 3.452% under optimized extraction process.
