摘要
为了经济利益,一些商贩会在羊肉食品中掺混猪肉。为了定量检测假冒商品中猪肉掺混的比例,研究提供了一种基于实时荧光PCR技术的羊肉中猪源性成分定量检测的方法。研究结果表明,使用该方法可以对羊肉中猪源性成分的含量进行质量百分比分析,分析结果的绝对误差可以控制在10%以内。该研究结果为我国对肉类食品安全的监管提供了有力的保障。
Due to economic reasons, pork were blended into sheep products. In this research, a real- time PCR method about how to detection the w/w equivalents of pork which were blended into sheep was provided in this manuscript. The results showed that the standard error of detection by this technology was less than 10%. This research can provided a strong support for the food safety of meat in our country.
