地产、房产、林产的不动产权利各异。由于物权性能、特性不一,权利人拥有度不一,各不动权归属不一,建议统一登记时将同一坊内同一权利人的所有不动产登记在同一不动权证书内;遵循"四统一"原则登记形成不动产权证书。

The real estate such as land resources, house property and forestland has different real property rights. Because of different performance and eharacteristies of property rights, different possession degrees of right holders and different ownerships of real estate, all the real estate rights in the same square which belong to one property person should be registered in one certificate. Moreover, real estate certificate registration should follow the ＂four unified＂ principle.
