Study on Financial Staff Quality Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges

财务管理工作是高职院校日常管理工作的重要组成部分,对学校各项工作的开展有着很大影响。财务人员素质的高低直接关系到财务工作的质量。在高职院校从规模扩张到内涵建设转变的过程中,应通过加强职业道德教育和业务知识学习、强化财务法制观念、增强财务创新意识、完善工作业绩考核等方式来提高财务人员的素质和能力。

Financial management is an important part of the daily management of vocational colleges, and it has a great impact on school running. The competency of financial staff directly involves to the quality of financial works. Through the improvement process of higher vocational colleges changed from scale expansion to the connotation con- struction, it＇s necessary to improve the quality and competence of financial staff through enhancing professional ethics education and business knowledge, strengthening financial legal concepts, promoting financial innovation consciousness and improving performance assessment.
