“破窗理论”视角下高职德育教育初探

摘要 针对德育教育受到传统和非传统因素影响的现状,根据高职学生价值观念、行为习惯、学习态度等方面特点,运用"破窗理论"对高职学生经常发生的"破窗现象"及德育工作困境进行分析,阐述及时修复"破窗"的重要性和必要性,努力营造和谐、有序、动态的高职德育教育环境。 In view of the status quo that moral education is affected by traditional and non-traditional factors, in accordance with the characteristics of higher vocational college students' values,behavior habits and learning attitudes, "Broken Windows Theory" was employed to analyze the frequently occurring "broken windows phenomena" of higher vocational college students and the dilemma of moral education, and the importance and necessity of timely repairing "broken windows" were elaborated, in order to create a harmonious, orderly and dynamic environment for higher vocational moral education.
