Reflections on the Animation Major Becoming a Warned Major in Employment

随着动漫产业的飞速发展,我国高校动画专业发展变得十分迅猛,但近年来,一方面,高校动画专业毕业生出现就业困难的问题,成为了高校就业的红牌专业。另一方面,动画企业却是求才若渴,一才难求。造成这一局面的原因是一个值得思考的问题。本文主要从高校、企业和学生三个方面来探讨动画专业就业困难的原因,以及高校教育存在的问题及解决对策。

With the rapid development of the animation industry,the animation major in Chinese colleges is developing vigorously,but in recent years, the employment of graduates from the animation major has been difficult, making it a warned major. However,animation companies are in desperate need of talents. What causes the situation is an issue worthy of consideration. From the college, company and student, this paper explored the causes of the difficult employment, the problems existing in the current college education, and the countermeasures to change the situation.
