素质拓展训练在高职院校中的应用性研究

Potential Development of Higher Vocational College Students on the Basis of Quality-Expanding Training

本文针对高职院校学生素质现状,提出了在高职院校推行潜能开发的必要性;通过对素质拓展训练的潜能开发功能的认知,指出该手段对目前高职学生具有良好的针对性,应予推行。文章还从素质拓展训练的内容选择和实施环节两个方面具体阐释了拓展训练模式的构建,并建议培训专职辅导员作为训练师资。

Concerned with the present quality of higher vocational college students, this essay puts forward the necessity of implementing potential development program in higher vocational colleges.With a good command of the function of quality-expanding training, the author holds that such program is well targeted towards higher vocational college, which, therefore, should be strongly recommended. What＇s more, the essay elaborates the building of quality-expanding training models from two perspectives：content selection and the implementation of quality-expanding training. Professional class advisory teachers are suggested to be trained first and then take the responsibility of training students later.
