摘要 随着我国高等职业教育人才培养模式的不断探索和发展,工学结合模式已经成为高职院校普遍采用的人才培养模式,这一模式对以他组织为特征的传统思政课教学模式提出了挑战。思政课教学改革必须在充分尊重青年大学生成长成才规律和自组织学习规律的基础上,从传统的单纯他组织模式中走出来,建立自组织教学模式。 With the continuous exploration and development of talent cultivation model in China's higher vocational education,the work-study combination model has become a commonly applied talent cultivation model in higher vocational colleges, but the model has proposed challenges for the traditional ideological and political teaching model with other-organization as the feature.The teaching reform of ideological and political course must be based on the full respect of university students' growth and development regularity, and the self-organization learning regularity,thus getting rid of the restrictions of the traditional other-organization model and constructing a self-organization teaching model.
