高校的扩招以及日益加快的信息化时代,使得高等学校对外的透明度越来越高,多种因素导致高校突发事件不断增加,本文通过真实案例的背景、过程、解决方法的回顾,总结出辅导员是高校突发事件处理的中坚力量,只要能掌握一定的方法与技巧,便能化"危"为"机",维护好学校与学生的共同利益。

With the enrollment expansion and the increasingly acceleration of information development, the transparency of colleges and universities is increasingly high, and various factors lead to the continuous increase of university emergencies.Through reviewing the background, process and solution of real cases, this paper summarizes that counselors are the backbone force in handling university emergencies. As long as certain methods and techniques can be grasped, emergencies will be properly handled, and the common interest of the university and students will be well maintained.
