我校院级留学生专管员队伍建设的现状分析与思考

Analysis and Reflection on the Current Situation of College-level Commissioner Team Construction for International Students in Our University

我校自从2004年对留学生管理体制进行了重大调整以后,一直积极探索适合外国留学生教育发展的新路,不断推进留学生管理的趋同化。设立院级留学生专管员是我校推进趋同化管理过程中的一项重要创设,对于建立留学生校院两级管理体制具有重要意义。本文从设立背景入手,对院级留学生专管员的工作机制和特点进行分析,指出了专管员队伍建设中存在的问题,并对如何完善做出一定的思考。

Since the major adjustment of international student management system in our university in 2004, we have been actively exploring new ways suitable for the development of international students, and continuously promoting the convergence of international student management. To set up college-level commissioners for international students is an important measure of impelling convergent management, so it is of great significance to establish the university and college two-level management system for international students. Starting from the background of the establishment, this paper analyzed the working mechanism and characteristics of college-level commissioners for international students, proposed the existing problems and made some reflections on how to improve it.
