随着中国高等教育改革和发展的不断深入,高校辅导员的工作内容也在不断发展变化。新形势下,学生群体更加多样,个性特点更加明显,辅导员的工作重点由关注班级日常事务转变为关注学生心理变化,这种变化要求辅导员能够运用倾听技巧,与学生进行情感沟通,更好地推进"以人为本"的工作理念。

With the unceasingly thorough reform and development of higher education in China, the work of counselors in colleges and universities is also in constant development and change. Under the new situation, the student population is more diverse, and their personality characteristics are more evident, so the focus of counselors＇ work should shift from the attention on class daily affairs to the attention on psychological changes of students, which requires that counselors are able to use the skills of listening carefully to carry out the emotional communication with students,so as to better promote the ＂people-oriented＂ philosophy.
