摘要 整合思维理论由罗杰·马丁教授提出。它反映的是个体在头脑中同时处理两种相互对立的观点,并从中得出汇集两方优势的解决方案的能力。该理论对于职业指导学生团队的自主管理具有积极的启示意义。在团队指导方面,指导教师要坚持以学生为主体,关注团队成员的思维能力培养并开展整合思维理论教学。在团队管理方面,团队成员要树立系统观念,积极推动团队管理创新,并善于对管理实践进行反思。 The theory of integrated thinking, proposed by Professor Roger Martin, reflects the ability of the individual to simultaneously handle two contradictory views and work out a solution to integrate the advantages of the two sides. The theory is of positive implications for the autonomous management of student groups for career guidance. In group guidance, the mentor should insist students' subjective position, care about the cultivation of the thinking ability of members in his or her group, and carry out the teaching oriented by the theory of integrated thinking. In group management, the members should establish a systematic concept,actively impel the innovation of group management, and constantly reflect the management practice.
