近年来,运用地方史资料开展历史教学、提高学生素质,虽已成为广大教育工作者的共识,但相关资料教育潜能的挖掘、研究和实践仍有较大的空间。而随着天津滨海新区的建设,天津所需人才数量和质量要求迅速提高,天津培养具有全球视野、海洋文化教育的研究也显得更加重要和迫切。

In recent years,using local history information to carry out history teaching and improve the quality of students has become the consensus of the teaching staff,but the excavation,research and practice of relevant information and educational potential still have a large space.With the construction of Tianjin Binhai New Area,talent quantity needed is increasing and talent quality requirements in Tianjin qis improving quickly,studies on the cultivation of global perspective,marine culture education become more important and urgent.
