内地新疆中职班《金融基础》教学的探讨

Instructional Exploration on Financial Fundamentals for Inland Sinkiang Secondary Vocational School

搞好内地新疆中专班的教育教学工作,为新疆培养更多的技能型人才和高素质劳动者,有利于维护民族团结,促进各民族共同繁荣。为了在《金融基础》的教学中,取得更好的教学实效,我有意识地在以下几个方面进行了探讨:大胆取舍教学内容,突出教学重点;利用通俗有趣的语言,使理论知识通俗易懂;实施分层教学,让每一名学生都能有收获;充分利用多媒体和网络手段,提高学生学习积极性;注重理论联系实际,提高学生的动手操作能力。

the enhancement of education and teaching work of inland Sinkiang secondary vocational school and the cultivation of more skilled talents and high-quality workers are favorable to maintain ethnical unity and to promote the common prosperity of every ethnic group.In order to acquire better teaching actual effects in the instruction of Financial Fundamentals,the author consciously makes explorations on the following aspects：to make bold choices on accepting and rejecting teaching content to highlight key teaching points;to make use of popular and interesting language to deliver understandable theory;to implement stratified teaching so that every student can be enlightened;to make full use of multi-media and network to enhance the students＇ learning initiatives;to emphasize the connection between theory and practice to improve students＇ manual ability.
