摘要
从继续教育教师队伍的归属感、荣誉感、职业倦怠入手,通过数据调研分析继续教育教师职业幸福感,通过论证教师职业幸福感的影响因素以及继续教育的支配和影响作用,指出提升职业幸福感对教师、学生以及整个继续教育起到直接、整体的指导作用是不容忽视的教育规律。在此基础上,结合继续教育院校自身的特点,讨论建设继续教育教师队伍职业幸福感的相应举措。
Start with the belonging,sense of honor and the occupation burnout of the teachers in the continuing education,through the data to analyze the happiness of the teachers in the continuing education and put forward that the promotion of happiness has direct guidance to both teachers,students and the whole continuing education,which is the rule of education and can not be ignored by stating the elements that affect the happiness of the teachers and the continuing education's role of domination.On this basis and combine the characteristic of the continuing education college to discuss the related measures of the construction of the vocational happiness of teachers in the continuing education.
