摘要
辅导员是维持学校教学秩序和维护校园稳定的重要队伍,绩效考核是否合理化对辅导员的职业发展前景起着重要作用。本文以南京交通职业技术学院为例,对辅导员的学历、职称、年龄、师生比进行了调研,提出了辅导员绩效考核合理化的必要性和遵循的原则。
Counselors are important to maintain a teaching order and stability on campus, and whether performance appraisal is rationalized or not plays an important role in their career devel-opment prospects. In this paper, taking Nanjing Communications Institute of Technology as an example, the counselor educational background, job title, age, teacher-student ratio are investigated, and the necessity and principles of the rationalization of coun-selor performance appraisal are proposed.
