浅谈案例教学法在中职法律课教学中的运用

案例教学一直以来是课堂教学中的一种重要教学方法,这种教学方法能够以实例的形式将教学内容动态、有效地传递给学习者。这样的教学方法在中职法律课堂教学中的应用也是较多的,那么作为法律课教学中的常用教学手段和方法,如何根据中职学校的实际情况发挥案例教学法的优势,实现更好的教学效果就成为了教学研究中的重点。本文就是在结合作者实际教学经验的基础上,对案例教学法在中职法律课教育、教学中的运用进行了初步的探究和分析。

Case-based teaching method has long been an impor-tant teaching method in classroom teaching, as the method can dynamically and effectively transmit teaching contents to learners in the form of specific case. The method is also much applied in secondary vocational law classroom teaching, so how to play the role of case-based teaching method and actualize better teaching effects in accordance with the practical situation of secondary vo-cational schools has become a focus of teaching research. Based on the writer＇s practical teaching experience, this paper made a preliminary exploration and analysis on the application of case-based teaching in secondary vocational law education and teaching.
