新形势下高职院校公寓党建工作现状及存在问题分析

Analysis on the Present Situation and Problems of Apartment Party Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges under the New Situation

新的时期,大学生党建工作呈多样化发展趋势,党建进公寓是提高高校党建成效的一种有益探索,目前的现状是,多数高校忽视公寓党建的重要性,监管机制尚未形成,党建平台匮乏等,存在缺乏统筹安排发展态势不均衡、深度不够、追求"花盆"效应、组织不健全队伍素质不高、阵地单一、党建成效不明显、高职特色不突出套用本科院校模式等现实问题,分析问题成因,为找到解决办法提供借鉴。

In the new period, university student＇s Party building work has a diversification trend. The Party construction in apart-ment is beneficial to improve the effectiveness of college Party building. The present situation is that the majority of colleges and universities ignore the importance of apartment Party building, and the supervision mechanism has not yet formed and they lack Party building platform. There are the following problema lack of overall arrangement makes the development unbalanced and inadequate;the one-sided pursuit of＂flower pot＂effect;the or-ganization is not perfect;the team quality is not high. The position for Party construction is single and the effect is not prominent;the characteristics of higher vocational education are not prominent. This paper will analyze the causes of the problems, and provide references for finding a solution.
